Ekistics was contracted to design the interiors for Friesian Place. This included the design for the lobbies, internal spaces including units, as well as other key areas of public interaction. The challenge was to bring the key principles employed to the exterior redesign into the interior spaces, all during the building construction phase.
The units were designed to accommodate a variety of tenants and maximize the light penetration within the space.
The cohesive approach and simple materiality creates an elegant design that resolves all the initial challenges while creating desirable and healthy living spaces.
